Our carpenters and production leaders work from Frame to Finish. This leads to crisp, efficient frames. Tight control and installation of Passive House envelope. Attention to alignments, architectural details, and window placement and well planned and prepared finishes. We take this approach so we can deliver a high quality envelope and high quality interiors.
Our project managers and company leadership apply commercial level controls and best in class project management, BIM, scheduling and accounting software with a curated team of tenured executives at the helm. We work closely with top level subcontractors, architects and owners to create alignment and visibility to deliver projects, on time and on budget.
Practical Skills
We vertically integrate to control core phases of construction to ensure quality and on-time delivery. We self-perform concrete, framing, insulation and air sealing, and finish work. We speak a common language with high level architects, high-performance building engineers and we have the craftsmanship and attention to detail to deliver beautiful finishes.
